Dark Skin Make Up Tips
I have fair skin and dark hair. Any make-up tips?
Yes use a light foundation such as Ivory. I recommend Borghese fair foundation and red or pink blush. Depending upon your eye color you can use various eyeshadow colors. If you have brown eyes use brown eye shadow, if you have hazel, blue, or green eyes, use green or blue eye shadow.
