How do I acheive great skin?

I am a pale redhead, I’m 14 & I have blue eyes. I avoid the sun, & when I do go out I’m extremely careful & wear sunscreen. I am REALLY fair. I want to acheive that great alabaster skin. I like natural products but any suggestion’s you have will help. Any tip’s products I can use to whip my skin into great shape?
